Paekakariki Holiday

We are home, after 5 too short days in Paekakariki - we could have easily stayed for longer, and the kids definitely didn't want to leave this morning! We have enjoyed catching up with friends, experiencing new things, including Te Papa and Wellington's wind, and doing some of the old things we enjoy, like the beach!!!!!

On the train to Wellington - unfortunately we only got as far as Porirua on day one before we had to get off the train & board buses. One bus for one train didn't add up and so we gave up and went home again.......

That afternoon the kids stayed with HippyHappyHay & Mr Music and bonded with their girls, while Rob & I ventured to the Southward Car Museum

Surf, Sand & Sun.....Even Mum got in - once!
